Contessa Vacations run from Sunday to Saturday (six nights) May through July and September through November each year for our Behind Closed Doors. Glimpse of Sicily packages and Slice of Sicily are held Monday through Friday, simply email, or call La Contessa to arrange your arrival. Like any perfect holiday La Dolce Vita is designed to suit your desires! Just ask us!
What does my week include?
1. Beyond Closed Doors:1299 Euros per person*
- 6 nights accommodation at Grotta di Ferro, Ragusa, Sicily
- 5 afternoon cooking classes
- 3 excursions with English Tour guide
- 5 “Mini” Italian Lessons
- 2 excursions to local market and seaside
- Breakfast each morning
- Light Lunches at the villa
- Cooking class dinners (minimum 3 courses) and wine with evening meal
- Take home recipes – The Contessa Vacation “Book of Sicilian Delights”
2. Glimpse of Sicily: 679 Euros per person*
- 3 nights accommodation at Grotta di Ferro, Ragusa, Sicily
- 2 afternoon cooking classes
- 2 excursions with English Tour guide
- 2 “Mini” Italian Lessons
- Breakfast each morning
- Light Lunches at the villa
- Cooking class dinners are minimum 3 courses and wine with evening meal
- Take home recipies – The Contessa Vacation “Book of Sicilian Delights”
3. Slice of Sicily: 89 Euros per person*
- 1 day at Grotta di Ferro, Ragusa, Sicily
- 1 afternoon cooking class
- 1 evening meal with wine
- recipes for the day

4. La Dolce Vita: price varies*
Each "just for you, just for two" La Dolce Vita week-long holiday is designed especially for you by La Contessa.
Here is a sample La Dolce Vita Itinerary:
- Accommodations in ultimate suite with includes private dining room, living room, library, kitchen, terrace with solarium, hydro massage bath. Facilities of the villa include swimming pool, Jacuzzi, mountain bikes and much more
- Pick up and drop off at Catania airport by private driver in luxury vehicle (Mercedes, BMW or equivalent)
- Personal guide for excursions to Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli, Donnafugata
- Choice of day long excursion to Caltigrigone or Siricusa
- 3 cooking classes with interpreter
- Private wine tasting, personal visit to olive grove with owner, private dinner at local country home with owners and tour of estate
- Premium wines with evening meal
