Mini-Italian classes help build friendships and vocabulary
What better way to enjoy the romance of Italy that through the beauty of its language! Each afternoon you will have a mini Italian lesson – what a fun way to get just a bit closer to the people and a great way to impress your friends back home! Perfecto! No?
Time to make dinner
At 4:00 the aprons come out and the work and fun begins. Along with fellow guests and your Ragusan cook and translator, you will get down to the business of learning about and preparing authentic Sicilian cuisine! You will learn not only about the history of Sicily, but about the food and how the palate of the Sicilian was honed through centuries of invasions to what we have today.

As the table is set and your labours bring forth the best of the day, our surprise guests begin to arrive. Each evening meal you live the life of a Sicilian--- sharing and learning with friends and enjoying fresh, delicious food from the region. When the final clearing is completed, it’s off to bed. Another day is just around the corner….la dolce vita!
